This thing is great at picking up the immense amount or fur my cat sheds on our bkue velvet-ish sofa. Only problem is it sends a sharp electrical shock through my hand every 10 seconds or so. I’m going to try to return it but I’ve thrown out the box so I’m not sure they’ll take it back. Really disappointed because the unit is very good at its intended purpose. Just feels like it’s also pitentially very dangerous to use. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend.

Honestly, it’s not impressive. I used to use only Bissell products. I switched my main vacuum to Shark and was buying this to replace a second-hand handheld Shark and this vacuum was lacking. The suction was not as strong and it did not pick up cleanly.

This is solid equipment and does what you need BUT, the downside is that is literally takes at least 9 hours to fully charge once your battery runs out. I think this is absurd given the technology we have in 2021. If I had to choose, I would purchase another option. Charging time is ridiculous.

Not as good as I expected it to be. Does mot remove per hair like advertised.

Bought to get dog hair off carpeted stairs where my dog likes to lay. Had to recharge twice to clean about 6 stairs. Not enough suction or battery.

It worked for what I wanted it for but doesn’t last long before I needed to buy a new vacuum.

Not really happy with this purchase. It barely has any suction to it.

A piece of the top broke off after a couple months use. Now it cannot be used without the top being taped and regaled.

Worked fine at first. Battery stopped keeping a charge for very long after a few weeks of use

This vacuum works. But the battery is no good and the charging time took so long to fully charge the battery.

It works great for 5 min and then the batteries die regardless of how long you charge it

Was decent at 1st. Then battery would stay charged.

Not ideal for cars to bulky for tight areas, it did vacuum well however not for my boxer dog hair

The vacuum has good suction for a little hand held. I charged it for 8 hours like the directions said. Got to use it for 15 mins then it died. Put it back on charger 3 hours ago and it’s still not charged. Thinking of returning it.

This just did not hold a charge nor able to vaccumm animal hairoff the couch. I let the vaccumm charge for 24 hours. Tried to use but just did not work as I had hoped.
