I love the suction, the ease of using, the different tools to use with it, but I dislike that you are required to charge for 8 hours just to be able to use it for 17 minutes. I will be returning this item.

It's heavy. There isn't a charging base for it. It's bulky and takes up too much space. The strip on the bottom came off after a couple uses.

Decent vacuum with powerful suction. I only wish the battery lasted longer because it takes forever to charge. I'd recommend one to have on hand to vacuum your couch or pet area, but not sure if the price is worth this luxury.

Pretty good vacuum for small messes and upholstery. Very messy to empty (I suggest doing it outdoors) but it is very lightweight and convenient. The one thing I don't like is that there is not a charging station or holder . You end up putting it on the floor somewhere and plug it in to charge. You don't want a dirty vacuum on the counter or on a table.

Got this as a gift for my mom, since she has 6 cats and 2 dogs roaming around her house. Both a great crhistmas gift and thank you for her watching after my 3 gremlins. Coaches are like brand new, and even grabs the clumps of fur that our persian cat likes to leave around. Definitely a great recommendation for a handheld vaccuuming device.

It's a great little vacuum for small jobs. In my opinion, the battery doesn't last very long. Feels like maybe 20 minutes (Which, to be fair, is fine for small jobs. Just plug it in after each use.) Its easy to clean. I do like it and it does a great job for me, but I'm reducing my rating just based on the short battery life.

It cleans okay. Not much for capacityand fairly loud for as small as it is. I do fin i have to go over the same fabric more than once to pick up. I do like its lighweight. I wish the head moved and that it came with a small hose vs picking things up to clean close.

Overall, this is a convenient little vacuum. We got it for the small spaces like on steps so we didn’t have to lug our full size vacuum up and down the stairs and also utilize it in the truck. I’ll be honest, the suction leave a lot to be desired. I wanted so badly to love this little guy, but I think my expectations were definitely a little high. If you’re planning on using this for pet hair like it’s marketed, I wouldn’t get overly excited over it. But it is nice for the small messes like crumbs I suppose.

Not the best at big messes but it does the job it's meant for, good for getting up dog mess or even small spills

I bought this for a gift. I wish they would of shipped it in another box. instead of the original box, because the box looks like crap. If it was for me it would be ok, but its terrible to give it as a gift. I did open it, and it looks ok .The shipping was good. I sure hope it works. The box was wet and rough looking.

Product is only good at picking up in certain surfaces or areas. I personally bought it for my home since I have a dog that sheds and for my car. It’s really hard to vacuum pet hair that’s not fluffy. For example, chihuahua hair, I have to brush the surface first and then use the vacuum. The battery life is not that great either. When using it in my car and if I start with backseats, by the time I get to the front it’s already blinking. The adapters it comes with, the velvet strips to pick up hairs completely fell off after the first use.

It takes a long time to charge. Very simple to use.

I had a great little Eureka handheld with a powered brush. It died and I couldn't find a replacement. This was the closest I got and it's fine as a "dustbuster" for crumbs and stuff, but it really doesn't have the power to handle the stairs the way the Eureka did. They need to add a motor to run the brush.

I have a dyson. I don't want to be that person so instead get a shark. This thing is fine for very light animal use but we have 4 cats so running this over the couch over and over and over. I'd skip this thing.

Does a great job, but this thing dies on me & needs charging an annoying amount of time. If you need something which will be used daily go for a model with better battery life.

I use this to clean up dog hair around the house. The brush attachment gets frequently tangled which requires me to disassemble and cut out with scissors. When the hair is removed, it cleans fine. My main issue is the vacuum does not hold a charge. Even when it was brand new, the most use I’ve gotten out of it in a single charge is 30-40 minutes.

Works great. Removes pet hair great. Battery life is too short though.
