Good vacuum. Grandson got a hold of it and broke the latch holding dust cover on. Buying this as a replacement. Wife had to duct tape it.

It was time...time to replace that dead, old B&D bustduster that sat for years in our utility closet. I remember when it was new. The excitement of cleaning hair and dirt filled the air as it happily went along and clea.....oh but the battery died. I hated that thing, mainly because it lasted maybe 1-2 minutes at best. Brand new! It always did that and the NmHD battery was small and lost its charge capability over time until the day it died and never came back. I wanted to get a new hand vacuum With so many on the market, which is the best? Or for me: which one will stay on past 5 minutes?! I did so much research. Even this one seemed risky because of the other reviews here and on big store websites. I took a chance and wow. It totally sucked! Which for this review, means a good thing. PRO’s: * Made of sturdy materials. Will last longer than my midlife crisis * Great design. Access to the waste gate is easy. Cleaning the housing is simple and care free * not too heavy. Notice I didn’t say it was lightweight. That’s because it isn’t. But it’s not heavy enough to fatigue your hand/arm when using over an extended period of time. * Battery life does NOT suck! That’s also a good thing. I ran it for about 8 minutes before I heard the tone of the motor change tune. That’s how I know the count is on. Still, it ran and ran and ran and after 22 minutes of hard power-sucking with the motorized brush attachment, it stopped and the button turned red. Slow clap....nice. * fairly quiet! vacuums. It’s not silent but it’s also not a bother to use it for 10 minutes at a time. * the quality of the cleaning power is impressive. I didn’t measure its CfM intake but I’m guessing it’s moving a massive amount of air which means: effective cleaning. The other impressive part of this that is subtle: the exhaust. With smart design, the exhaust vents out without disrupting the mess you are about to clean. Nothing is worse than making an approach to clean a pile of hair when your inferior vacuum exhausts in front of the device, blowing hair all over the place. So...hats off to the engineers because I still don’t know where it exhausts to. MEH’s — * my biggest ‘meh’ here is: No attachment support. Gee thanks. I guess I’ll just store them attachments neatly on this she.....crash....nope. They are oddly shaped so they don’t stack or lay flat. So this means put them in a little bag that did NOT come with the device or use up 523 square inches to store them on a shelf. Yes, I measured. Seriously though: the hardware is great but they ship it to you with no thought as to how it will be stored in the home. No base, no hanging hooks, no plastic tube housings to insert the accessories. You get the vacuum, the charge cable and the accessories. Loose. It’s utter chaos and I took away one star because of this. They went so far on the design and cleaning elements that they completely dropped the ball on how it is stored. Nobody is going to casually leave this out with all these awkward shaped accessories. People HIDE vacuums. So...how do you hide a wedged shape thing that needs to stay plugged in partnered with 5 loose plastic accessories that you just know you are going to lose because YOU HAVE NO WAY TO STORE THEM. This is not a cheap model so expectations for features is high. Performance is definitely there for the money but this is unforgivable. * Another “meh” is the power cord and interface. I’m going to say this once: If you make electronic devices and you think it’s a good idea to develop a proprietary connector because it somehow has future profit for your business model: stop it! Had I known it had a weird power connector that’s proprietary, I would not have purchased this. That seems petty of me but let me share this; when companies purposely build an interface that is unique with the express purpose of sending customers who lost their power supply to them to make an additional profit. Not to mention: perfectly good units will make their way to landfills because customers will lose their chargers and refuse to pay the “proprietary tax”. Meanwhile, they toss the product into the garbage and get another that does NOT have a proprietary connector. Just stop it already. * the power button feels loose/cheap * it doesn’t have an LED light. I think adding tiny lights that illuminate the nose would have been nice but since you make your own proprietary power cable, why be nice, right? * Attachments can be a little stiff and difficult to remove. Extra wiggle is needed to get them off but that’s actually okay because they won’t fall off when using the product. If you have arthritis or other difficulties with hand/wrist pains, just know that it’s a bit difficult. Maybe lightly lubricate the accessory for easier removal. I would buy another one except that the lack of storage and that proprietary power cable (shakes fist) prevents me from buying another one. Yet it’s a fantastic unit that hits all the marks which seems conflicting but understandable. I would predict that there is turmoil between the engineers and the executives with regards to the proprietary power interface.

Almost Pawfect! I just wished longer battery use. It’s satisfying to see how much fur and dust you got after every use!

I got this specific hand vac because of a video on YouTube by vacuum wars. And it is a great vacuum suction is great, the different attachments help get hard to reach or stubborn areas. My only downside is the cleaning. There’s lots of small areas to clean and sometimes dust will get stuck in it that it clogs up and won’t suction well so you have to constantly clean it to make sure you’re keeping up with the suction. I love that it’s portable. And the battery life is great. It’ll last multiple hours on a full charge. Definitely love this vacuum and would purchase again and recommend to others!

This vacuum has amazing suction power and picks up dirt I didn’t even realize was there. Lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture. Totally worth the price!”

I bought this mainly to vacuum my upholstered furniture. I was hoping the "pet hair eraser" part would have been a bit better. While it does a good job, it isn't outstanding. Having said that, I haven't seen another handheld on the market that looks better for the price. Many of the reviews complain about battery life, I have found it works long enough to vacuum both my sofa and loveseat and still have charge left, so that is good enough for me. Sometimes I hit the power button while vacuuming but I don't know where it could have been located better. All-in-all it was worth the price.

I love the size of this and it's a good weight. Plus the purple color. Seems to work fine and emptying is easy. I wouldn't say it is the best suction, but it's mid-level and works as I need it to. The one issue I have is that it has no stand but also cannot stand on its own. Nor is there a hook on the back - it's inconvenient to store.

This little vacuum picks up dog hair better than any other handheld device I've had. It's quick and efficient, and very easy to clean out as well. It's comfortable to hold, comes with 3 different attachments - a solid device. I took off one star because the battery life is a bit weak. It works for only about 20-30 minutes. I rarely need to use it that long, but sometimes when I'm too lazy to get the big vacuum, I do - and it dies on me.

This small, handheld vacuum does a fairly decent job and comes with three attachments. The battery last long enough that you shouldn’t have any issues using this for the purpose it was meant for. If you plan on vacuuming an entire minivan, it probably will need to be recharged before you can finish. The same goes for the suction. It works well to clean up small messes or for mop boards, but don’t expect the same amount of power as a full size vacuum or a shop vac. In my use, it seems to be able to clean a car floor but requires a few more passes than the shopvac I normally use. It does a good job on chairs and sofas for getting pet hair off. I bought it to use in an RV and it works ok for that. I think a larger vacuum would probably work better, but would also take up more space.

Summary: This handheld vac is pretty good, but also a little pricey. Pros: 1. It’s relatively quiet, yet powerful. 2. It comes with a useful assortment of attachments. 3. It’s easy to empty the dirt bin. Cons: 1. Can’t use it while charging. 2. The air inlet is embedded in a large flat plastic surface that scrapes along whatever surface you’re cleaning. If you’re vacuuming up something gritty, or if the surface itself is rough, you’ll end up with abrasions on the plastic surrounding the air inlet. Have only been using this vac for about three weeks, so can’t comment on reliability or longevity.

My only complaints are that the battery dies quickly, and it doesn’t come with a brush attachment. It works great for small clean ups. I have dogs so I use it a lot to get dog hair off my baseboards and furniture. A brush attachment would make it a little more gentle on my leather couch and other things that I don’t want to scratch. I love that I don’t have to drag out my large vacuum and take it apart to clean small areas.

This has honestly changed my life. I have bunnies and was getting so annoyed using the big vacuum. This is sooo good for in between and I dont have to worry about the hay and hair collecting in a hose and causing a clog. I’m happy with the battery performance and the power. I like it better with the carpet attachment. Everything is easy to use but I docked a star because it isn’t perfect. I find the process of emptying to be a bit clumsy. Also, I feel like the hole to suck up when there are no attachments could be bigger? Maybe? But then I worry the attachments wouldn’t be so easy to use.. im honestly not sure. Either way I honestly really love it but just like a lot of things we love, there will be some faults.

Best handheld vacuum I've ever owned, especially cordless. Charges quickly and has good suction. The attachments all fit well. My own complaint is that I wish the battery lasted longer and charged faster. Deep cleaning my car (I have dogs who shed a lot) drained it before I was fully done. I use it mostly around the house for quick small tasks. It is a little loud and does startle my animals if they're nearby.

This is a great little vacuum, with the eighth attachments and suction power to lift up pet hair from the couch and car. Works much much better than our Shark Ion with its handheld attachments. Hate to have to own another vacuum, but well worth the purchase to manage the hair out goldador sheds. The one thing I dislike is that the handheld does generate a lot of static electricity when cleaning the sofa. Every once and a while, I receive a shock if I touch my thumb to the power button while pushing back and forth along the fabric.

I acturally bought this for cleaning my car and small things around the house. Overall its really effective. Battery life isnt the best and takes forever to charge, but its good at cleaning up everyday dust and dirt build up. Having 3 different attatchment options is great as well.

A convenient and portable solution for when you don't want to lug a full sized upright around. The trade off is in power but the attachments make up for it. The one downside is that the few attachments it comes with don't have a "home" on the main unit. A charging stand that also holds the unit would be beneficial as well. Decent power and very versatile though. Not JUST for pets, it works great at everything!

It does what it says it does. Good suction for its size easy to clean. Like it so far.

This is a very good product - very strong and easy to empty. My biggest wish would be able to wall mount it. To me, this is a big deal.
