The description of the product on the BetsBuy website is incorrect. It says that the package includes 3 ways to charge the battery: 12v/dc outlet, battery clamps, and ring terminals. I purchased from Best Buy because it says it includes the 12v/dc outlet and I did not want to deal with opening the hood of my car to connect the charger. Well surprise, no 12v/dc outlet attachment included and the box states that it only comes with the battery clamps and ring terminals.

Compact and easy to use. Works well flr storing my classic car.

This was replacing an old similar Black and Decker battery maintainer which lasted 15 years, was able to use same connections, already grounded to vehicle

This charger worked fine for 18 months, but then abruptly started sparking where I plugged in, and would trip the house breaker each time I tried. I called, and was told it only had a 1 year warranty. Should last longer than this.
