Stay away from Blu I brought a phone on December 3rd not even last one month they know the phone ain’t good they only gave me 14 days to return it, I want my money back, do not buy this phone please and please.. not even last one month, bestbuy shouldn’t sell this phone they know for a fact the phone ain’t good.

Slow and hard to use very mid phone for calling or gaming

I run a PC repair shop and bought this as a cheap way to replace an old dying work phone. It was fine at first. A month or two after starting to use it, though, I've been getting ads when running apps, ads in notifications that lie about being sent by apps I have installed (which I've confirmed using Notification History were actually sent by "System UI" which means it's baked into the OS itself by BLU), and I've gotten seemingly random text messages with authentication codes to set up WhatsApp and Bumble accounts that I never agreed to set up. I don't use those and I have confirmed no account was actually made for those services using my phone number, but the mere fact that these ads and auth codes appeared after using this phone is extremely suspicious. I recommend spending more money on something else, as now I've wasted the money on this and have to replace it with something not infected with ads and spyware out of the box.

Stopped working. Cant use it anymore. I dont recommend

An affordable phone with a horrible charging system. How can a new phone out of the pack not able to charge? This is the 3rd time I’m buying the phone for my daughter for it’s affordability but it fails all the time. This time I cant even return it because we didnt open the pack till its past returnable. I just wasted anothet money regardless of how small it is. I gave it 1 star because it was mandatory to give a star.

very low quality and slow working. not as expected.

I give this a 1 star, not the best phone even for $50. Very slow, shuts off here and there. The charging port doesnt work great either. My kids were upset with this phone.

Phone operating system is very slow to almost useless. Bought it to use for phone games lages so bad cant even play solitaire

Its a horribale product . I wanted return but bestbuy asked me to pay stocking fees . There was nothing mentoned when I bought it .
