This 'vacuum' leaves clumps of dog hair everywhere and if my dog doesn't finish his dog bone and leaves little bits it leaves those at the edge of every carpet it transitions to from the floor. I still haven't been able to connect it to my WiFi. The 1st 'non smart' vacuum I owned was a bObsweep and it worked great for about 3 years. I hope I can still return this.

This vacuum has been nothing but a headache. Constant errors: left wheel issues, clogs when it tries to self-empty, and mopping completely confuses it until it shuts down. And the 'mopping' feature? Not true mopping, on the rare two times it worked, it just dragged water across the floor. Oh and heaven forbid you forget to set the no-mop zone...you’ll end up with soggy carpet. To top it off, it even sucked up my dog’s tail (she’s already on Prozac!). For a machine that’s supposed to make life easier, it’s been nothing but frustration. This is definitely not a ‘set it & forget it’ machine.

I was very excited to get this vacuum as the reviews seemed to be good. It did not live up to my expectations. It does clean faster than my Roomba did and is about as noisy, but it is not very good at avoiding obstacles as the Roomba is. The Roomba will take pictures and ask you if it should avoid it, this one does not. It doesn't tell you when it is done and if it encounters an error it will stop but you get no notification that it did and why, you have to go into the App to find out. It clogs very easily, the Roomba never did. The Roomba was much slower and was looking for a better one. The name of Pet got my attention and also it said Object-Aware. The Object-Aware is not very good, and I am not sure now what they mean by Pet. I will be getting rid of it and going back to my Roomba until I can find one that cleans and does everything that the Roomba does even better.

This vacuum has pet in its name, implying that it is capable of handling a house with pet hair. While it pick up the pet hair ok when vacuuming the house, it absolutely cannot self empty the bin with hair in it. Even on the highest power settings. I use it on my first floor that only has linoleum and two thin rugs. This product may be ok for someone who just needs dust and occasional dirt picked up, but if you have a pet that sheds hair do not buy this...for any price. You'd be better of getting a robot vacuum you have to empty yourself every time it runs.

At first, everything worked perfectly, but before it was ready, it started having different problems. I contacted support, as Best Buy doesn't honor the warranty. The first time, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement to my house in October. Now it's mid-February, and it constantly displays the "Lidar sensor" error. It doesn't vacuum properly and just keeps spinning in one spot for minutes. When I press the return button, it spins all over the place, and I have to pick it up and carry it back to the base. Now I'm waiting for support, but to be honest, I'd rather get my money back and buy one from another brand. If I could upload a video I would, but the system won't let me.

I wanted to like this unit, but was mislead from the beginning. Best Buy listed this as bagless, so I was upset to see it needed bags after unboxing. The mapping worked better than my iRobot, but it had a hard time finding the rooms after creating the map. I added 2 schedules during the week to hit carpets on some days and laminate surfaces on others. It errored out every time and never once was able to complete a run, so it was returned.

Honestly I wish I had looked for better options, from the beginning of use I noticed that the camera tracking does not work well and it also does do a good job of picking up litter, recently I had a issue where my dog had pooped in the living room and when the vacuum started it did not see it on the floor so it smeared it all over my living room and had a lot to clean up because if it. Disappointed over all

I’ve been using a Bobsweep pertain slam for 3 years that worked great until recently it just spins. So I purchased this newer model expecting the same great results. This thing is junk! It just pushed the dog hair around and leaves it in a pile on the threshold while dropping anything else it may have picked up when it struggles to cross the threshold. I have hard wood floors and tile so it’s all hard surfaces that are cleaned daily. Would not recommend.

It does well till it's working! It has good features, easy to setup and use. The app is intuitive. Unfortunately, it stopped working within a month with LiDAR sensor error. It is under warranty but not getting enough help from the support team. They send one mail a day with few actions to take, no sense of urgency!

This unit does a horrible job as a vacuum and mop. It does not empty itself at all and always needs a manual dumping. once its compartment is full, it continues to drive around redistributing dirt back across the solid surface floors and area rugs. Dog hair is wound around brush and disassembly is mandatory with every run. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT!

Definitely not what was expected. Had to clean it after each use just have it still not pick up simple dirt off the floor. Wouldn’t buy again if it was $1.

Aso far i have onoy set the unit up.in a location i plan to leave it. Havent done any mapping or whatnot. Haven't mopped, haven't vacuumed. So why 1 star then? Because BestBuy decided thwy wete going to share my email address with bObsweep and they and me some "provide early adopter feedback for a chance to win" email. I would LOVE to see where I agreed to share my email with ANYONE upon making a purchase with Best Buy. If i hadnt used so many rewards to purchase this I'd simply return it. After setting it up and using it, I may up the review to 2 or 3 stars. But this thing could take out the trash and wash dishes and I wouldnt give 4 or 5 stars after giving out my email.

It broke after a month and you can’t get ahold of anyone for support. They don’t answer there phone or emails.

Robot vacuum can't dock to recharge or empty, no matter where the base is placed. Open room with no obstacles, dark room with no obstacles, doesn't matter. bOb spins and spins and spins, wandering the room without success. Soft and hard resets don't work, moving the base doesn't work. Deleted the map and " quick mapped" 5 times now with THE SAME base location, no luck. Hopefully returning bOb the p0s.

The vacuum will not empty the dust bin. We have to manually clean it out. Returning this vacuum.

Look at Eufy instead. Couldn’t connect to The internet, tried several times. Asked for support, couldn’t get that. Eufy connects easier and the app is easy.

It did perform to my expectations at all. I watched it skip over pet hair and the "mop" function was just a swipe of water, it didnt clean anything. I returned it promptly and bought a Roomba

Really disappointed with the product. They say it can ‘mop’, it’s outright a lie, we can’t keep the water anywhere so I don’t know what’s the point of saying it can mop. Even for small human hair it’s getting stuck at the bottom, I have to clean-it everytime. I fed up with it and stopped using, I’m using regular vaccum cleaner again. I would never buy this again. It’s not even cleaning 100%, it’s leaving 25% of the dust on the carpet. Also, it’s not reaching to corners. I don’t know that’s the point of this device if it can’t fulfill the basic requirement.

Broke the first use when it trapped itself under furniture.
