The Title says "true convection" but in the specs, the oven says it does not have Oven convection. What is the difference between Oven Convection and true convection? Does the Bosch have a convection cooking setting?

You don't show the interior of the oven. It is impossible to see what type shelves it has. What type of pull out shelves does it have? Hoping for the easy glide type.
