Hello, thank you for reaching out. Best Buy typically provides installation services for appliances and electronics, but ceiling fans—including the Breezary 42"/52" model—are not part of their standard installation services. If you would like this fan installed, you can: Contact your local Best Buy store or Customer Service to check if they can arrange a special installation or recommend a partner installer. If Best Buy cannot provide installation, consider hiring a licensed electrician or professional handyman to ensure safe installation. Make sure the ceiling electrical box is properly installed and up to code, which will make installation easier. Thank you for your understanding! If you like, we can help provide local professional installation options for your area.

Hi Jerald, Thank you for your question! This fan’s light has a memory function, so it can remember your preferred color temperature. To set it, please follow these steps: 1. Turn on the light. 2. Adjust it to your preferred color temperature. 3. Wait about 10–15 seconds. 4. Turn off the light. 5. Wait another 10–15 seconds, then turn it back on. The light will now remember your selected color setting whenever you turn it on.
