Picked up item ordered from BB but was only able to install it after 3 weeks. OEM toners are really best choice. I tried some generic one's before but I regretted it, Generic ones are really cheap but, what good is it if you can't use it. It smears a lot. Thanks to Best Buy. They are close to my place, and they keep me informed on the status of my order. Happy Customer !!
