Two Year Review- I still have ink from when I bought it! Yep you read right. Now mind you I don’t use mine daily. However I can say that had a normal ink jet been in its place; the ink would have evaporated or dried up. Thanks to this baby I can save tons, I means tons of money! Not only is it a money saver but you get a really awesome solid scanner and to feed tray for copies. I love this investment more than others. The best reason to invest in this Brother is due to it never has and probably never will malfunction. The Brother company keeps the firmware and software updated on the website and make it easy to find. It’s super super easy to set up and the machine really takes care of all updates and the engineering of this brother printer is just perfect. This will be a printer that can, and will last for 10 or more years.

This is a low priced inkjet from Brother and I am pretty happy with the drivers and quality of the print. It is fast on "normal" quality and slow on "best" quality but I do not need to switch to this mode very often. I like the color and have been happy printing. The scanner drivers time out pretty regularly after a few months and I am looking into possible storage errors with my PC. perhaps it is a local folder error? However, the feeder is very poor and I should mark this as a low star but because of the price of the equipment I am saying it is average. The feeder runs fine as it appears however it causes "error message" failure when scanning. Has gotten progressively worse after owning this for three months already looking at overhauling the feeder? I don't like that.
