The product was fine and the help that I received was also. The problem is the inventory you have on hand of the product that actually came for. I only needed yellow and that was all I wanted, but I had to buy this package contains all the colors. This is the second time I have had to do this because of the inventory that you stock at least of the product I wanted was none.

Employee told me that this cartridge replaced LC3033 so I ordered it. When I opened and tried to install found out too small. Tried returning it and mgr said they no longer carried the cartridge for my printer and that I should try buying a new printer because they were inexpensive Try telling that to a senior on a fixed income. I purchased these back in July of 2022 and had them for a backup when my other cartridges ran out. They finally ran out Oct 20, 2022 and I installed these straight out tnn e box. They didn't work so I ran and injector cleaner once on my printer and then got message stating the yellow was completely empty and other 2 colors were almost empty also. Will not buy these again even though they are the original cartridges for my printer!!!

This review is of the print ink, not Best Buy. I was in need of a blue (cyan) cartridge but could not find it anywhere in store or on the web. So I had to order this 3 cartridge box. What I am finding from this and a high-yield black, is that there is not enough ink to meet the 200 and 400 sheet promise. I've printed only a few pages and the opening screen shows significant loss of ink. The ink is way too expensive for what is provided.

It arrived as an empty cartridges. I ran a test as I always do and it showed empty cartridges after two test with no ink and I never could get the yellow to test.

Needed to buy a set of cartridges to print a few pages so I picked this out of urgent necessity. However, after only a couple of days and a few pages printed, the printer started earning of low ink. For what I paid for, $25, it is not worth it and I wish I could return the near empty cartridges for a refund. Better to buy the cheap after market cartridges.

Pure garbage, but that's typical Brother. I don't even know why I bother wasting money on this device and the ink to match. I opened this brand new package, inserted the ink - it wasn't printing color, so I ran a cleaning & quality check print and it immediately told me magenta and yellow were low. Low?? From a test print? Trash.

I purchased this item along with the color cartridges and they worked the first day; they have not worked since. Each morning i get up and try to print and only blank sheets of paper come out. Because of the virus -- I am not able to print the return receipt because of no ink and cannot bring them back to the store. Very upset with this.

Ink cartriage yellow not detected by printer but still detected old one when i returned it back , i try to fix it may be dry ink on sensor but the repair store comment : this issue related to new ink i bought package included 3 colors.

Don't waste your money on a printer and printer ink. The printer ink dries up or is used up in a very short period of time.

Well if you don’t use your Brother printer a lot the cleaning process that’s automatic will drink all your ink monthly. If you unplug it the ink will simply dry up. waste of money!! poor value
