We regret that you found the cost of our consumables to be expensive. Brother International Corporation offers genuine Brother Products at full manufacturers suggested retail price. It is our intention to provide service and a full line of consumables to our customers so that if you cannot find a particular consumable at your local retailer or dealer, you can conveniently purchase them through us. Our dealers and distributors could run, independently, special promotions that sometimes would allow customers to purchase machines and/or accessories at a lower price.
