Did not receive it they said it was not in stock receive nothing

I went into the store to purchase an S7. The salesman talked me into purchasing the S7 Edge because of a promotion offering $200 off. I went home, it slipped out of my hand and shattered the screen. I returned to the store an wanted to exchange the phone for the S7. He said I couldn't exchange it because it was broken. AND it would cost me a $150 deductible to repair it. The Edge is slippery being made of all glass, breaks easily because of the curved edge design, and is difficult to use because holding the curved edge often triggers apps or calls simply holding it.

The only available cartridge for my printer was this one. When I replaced it I learned that it was already outdated and was dry. It did not work.

did't follow instructions for a disabled person. left my package downstairs in the lobby on the table and one package I did n ot get

Items ordered did not perform. Admittedly, my printer had been in storage and was unused for several months, but I expected the cartridges to perform. And they were not new cartridges (appeared to be refills).

I ordered the color cartridges as well which was canceled by Best Buy with no explanation. Disappointing.

When printing 6 copies it stop printing black after 4 copies
