The cartridge (1 of the NEW type - no CAP to remove) did NOT seem to seat properly, it had to be inserted with a little more torque than the Old (former) type a couple of times for the printer to recognize that a new replacement cartage was inserted. Also, both the EXTERNAL (more-so) shipping and internal packakes were kond of rough-up.

Small cartridge doesn't print enough for cost. Have owned other printers and have never had one that eats the ink the way this one does. If the cartridges were a bit larger or less expensive for the size, then I could get use to changing it out or always having an extra one on hand. I'm paying the same amount for ink as I was with other printers for a lot less ink and getting a lot less prints.
