The printer works perfectly! The colors are vibrant and holds well on the sublimation paper. The Artspira app that goes along with is pretty cool too if you’re looking for ideas. I like that it’s compatible with the brothers embroidery machine. I personally ise this printer in collaboration with my Cricut app. However you choose to design this printer will be sure to give you perfect prints, and the ink really last!! That’s the big take away. The only downfall is that it doesn’t print fast as my inkjet but it gets the job done. I 100% recommend this product!!

I typically have issues with electronics but found this printer to be well designed and easy to use. I was thoroughly excited to get this sublimation printer and was not let down at all with how it has printed again and again. I have used this to print designs for mugs, clothing, keychains, etc and I am quite happy with my purchase!

So easy to set up and use! Everything has come out perfectly and best part no need to adjust anything. Just hit print and it takes care of the mirroring and prints are soo good! Best purchase

I love this printer. Unlike Epson it runs its own self clean ever so often so it won’t get clogged. Actually the reason I bought it because my Epson ended up clogged because I only used every now and then. So far I’ve only made a few shirts, and it only prints on 8 1/2 x 11 pages. I have bypasses that rule by learning a new trick with my cricut and slicing the image in seperate pieces then taping those together in order to sublimate a larger image. total game changer.

I am loving this printer. I especially like the fact that it cleans itself. I had one problem, but it was user error because I had my ceiling fan on and it caused me to get streaks in my prints.

Easy to use find a picture you want and send it to the printer. The colors are bright.

Once we got it all set up it’s been super easy to use. Getting the Brother and the Artisa apps set up was not the easiest but we got it done, We’re retired and using it along with the Cricut mug and Press machines for hobbies. Best Buy has been our go to store for many years and will continue to be.

I've done a lot of research on sublimation printers. This one is the best fit for me. This printer was easy to set up, the price was nice, I was able to purchase it locally, the replacement ink won't break the bank, and by purchasing through Best Buy, I was able to purchase a 4 year extended warranty for only $69.99. Below are a couple of pictures of my first projects. This was straight out of the box, no "dialing it in" I LOVE THIS PRINTER!

Awesome sublimation printer! Easy to set up and run. Just what we needed with features of more expensive printers. We also got a great price matched deal that more than paid for our extended warranty. Auto mirroring feature rocks!

Great sublimation printer for the price. Had a little trouble getting the driver downloaded but once that was done it's been smooth sailing. It automatically mirrors projects when I print from Cricut DS. The colors come out very nice for it being a 4 cartridge machine. I can go days between using it and the nozzles don't get clogged. I have been using this since mid-January so I'm not sure how long the ink will last, but I have done a few larger and smaller projects and the tanks still show at full.

This printer colors print beautiful! It was very easy to set up. My shirts look beautiful.

I decided to invest in this printer to start my own sublimation business and so far it has worked incredibly well, the ink has lasted a long time which makes it even better!

I have made a few projects now! I am new to sublimation but I can say this printer was so easy to set up. I know it says to leave it plugged in so it can do "maintenance" but I cant seem to find out how or when its actually doing it?! Ive tried to look it up but im not seeing anything really about that.

This printer is Amazing. Light weight, quite and all my designs come out bright and vibrant. Was a easy set up to WiFi. Downloading the software to my laptop and phone was a breeze.

Good for what it does. Ink isnt as vibrant as some other brands though. Still, it's a good choice.
