I actually ordered ink for my Brother printer, the person who took my order over the phone had limited English skills, and sent me the Toner Cartridge instead. I plan to return the toner cartridge, should I send it to the same address that it came from? Or is there another address I should return it to?

Getting the toner was difficult because no one explained to me that the toner needed now had a different number. Indeed, ordered a second cartridge before I learned that the first one would really work. Now, I can't find anyone to tell me where and how to recycle the old cartridge. I don't think I'll be doing business with Best Buy again.

Alas, the printer doesn't work any more, so I ought a new one and recycled the old one. This toner cartridge, last year's news, was returned.

No sure what is the problem but I know for sure is not the printer. For some unknown reason the quality of the toner is poor.

I bought it before and use same way and last more then 6 months. This cartridges ink did not last long. Something wrong with this cartridges for recent purchase.

This cartridge is rated to print about 1200 pages using 600dpi. It ONLY printed 860 pages using Toner Save Mode and 300dpi for regular pages (no Images). That's not even close. This is much less than what I bargained for.

Researched Brother printers and seemed to be rated well. The printer works ok but the problem is the ink doesn't last. The last brand new one I purchased through Best Buy lasted for only 10 copies. YIKES! I'm going to shop for another printer. Those were a pretty expensive 10 copies! I certainly would not recommend.
