Product fine, but the delivery process was a mess. Maybe because it was during the holidays but I got notified that the package had been delivered when it had not (after several delays already). Called the help line which was confusing. Did ask if I wanted the replacement shipped but after the first experience I decided to pick up in the store. Then that availability was further delayed. Then I got a notification the product was available. Then notified it had been cancelled. Then notified I had to pick it up by a couple days or it would be returned. When I went to he store it was ready and a fine experience picking it up, but I was trying hard not to order it from Amazon and this experience did nothing to encourage me to try again with Best Buy. Please fix it. I want choice but not if it means going through that convoluted experience again.

The purchase experience was fine, however, the product itself did not function properly. upon opening the package and inserting the toner into my copier, it immediately said it needed to be replaced.

Found what I needed at my local Best Buy, paid online, when notified, I picked it up with no problems. That's the way it should work.

I used maybe 100 print out and then I got toner low sign. I should have bought TN450 that was more expensive, but last a lot longer than TN420. The printer quality is the same.

The cartridge does not hold enough ink,I wanted a different brother printer,& just a Printer, i do not care for all the bells & whistles on these things .

I replaced the TB420 toner cartridge a month or so back. I use my printer infrequently. It worked well when it did work. Now after printing less than 100 pages, the toner light comes up and does not print any more. I am not sure if the toner cartridge ink has depleted or not. But seems like I have to replace the toner again after printing less than 100 pages...
