Product delivers number of copies it says. It is easy to replace. The ordering on line was also easy. However the pick-up of the product was a terrible experience. I would never do it again. The sales person was rude and did not know what he was doing.

This is the printer we purchased for my 86-year-old mother. It was so easy to set up and use that she does most of work herself for printing and maintenance. The original toner cartridge didn't last very long, but at first we thought it was only because it came with the printer. However, when we replaced it after only a couple months of light use (coupons and crossword puzzles for the most part), we only put in a regular yield cartridge. Here we are, two months later, ordering a new cartridge. This time we bought the high-yield and have our mental fingers crossed it lasts a lot longer than the other two! Other than that we love this printer. For basic, non-professional use it's wonderful because it's so easy to use. I don't think the print quality is there for professionals, however, that may be just my opinion. I highly recommend this for light home users who don't need a fancy color printer.

Sorry, no FAX, no document feeder, scans and copies one side at a time, no email address, you must be on the network, really long, long installation process requiring a reboot like last century, but low price makes up for these.

This toner is the basic replacement for the brother toner printer. Nothing extraordinary but well built and a decent price.

Previously tried a couple of knock off brands for replacement toner cartridges. We had nothing but problems, so we switched back to the original product. The Brother replacement cartridge was plug and play after following some very simple instructions. It couldn't be any easier, really...it's that simple. Now, if they would only get the price reduced, I'd be even happier.

It was easy to install this toner in my printer, print quality pretty good. But not enough quantity.

The toner cartridge came as part of a bundle deal with the brother printer. By purchasing the two there was an additional $20 savings. We have only owned ink jet printers so the speed and lower per page cost of a laser printer were very appealing. This cartridge does a great job. NO issues at all to date. We have owned the printer for about a month. Well worth the $.

I was relieved that this cartridge replacement went well, and did not result in flashing lights. The one I used just previous was terrible. I "worked with" the Brother online help, but they finally gave up on my case. I think I just had a bad cartridge, and they refused to admit that was possible. Whew, the new one works well so far.

Good product for a lot of printing. Decent price for the toner.

What can I say. This is the toner I need for my Brother printer. I've used the printer going on 9 years and it's good. You can get toner refills, but I've had trouble with leakage and breakage. For me, it's worth the reduced hassle to get the OEM.

Standard toner. I love the brother HL-* series. I've had the printer/scanner for a long time and the machine still works. The toner is pretty expensive though, but seems to last longer than random 3rd-party brands.

this toner is easy to load, no reading before replacing. Having a brother printer was the best purchased I have ever made. brother toner have lasting power when it become low, I would take it out, shake it replace it and it is ready for printing. The ink has long lasting power.

Prints in high quality. I was pleased to buy this almost half price using my reward certificates. Next time I would like to try the high yield version to see if it makes a difference, but since I use this mainly at home, it'll be sometime before i'll be buying a new one.

Best Buy organization of various products made it easy to pick up the correct ink cartridge I needed. Brought it home and it was easy to install. I don't generate a lot of printouts, but occasionally do need a new cartridge

The quality is good as the original. Check the price online and purchase from the store. Online prices are cheap than than the store marked prices. So make sure you tell the deal offer at the checkout, and they will get that price for you .

Great product and great price. Definitely recommend this OEM version and not the aftearket. The cost is a few dollars difference but worka much better than the after market.

Kinda pricey, but u are paying for quality. Used generic one in the past and they either don't work or stop working quickly.
