I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift to upgrade her existing machine. While practicing the different stitches the machine kept ripping the material. She had to take it apart and try to figure out why it kept doing it. She finally was able to talk with a friend that had a similar model and had similar issues and was able to get it working. Pretty frustrating for a brand new product. Returning it would have been a hassle because the newest store is miles away. Hopefully the issue is resolved and no further issues will arise. She has not had it long enough to give a comprehensive review.

It's not that easy for beginners. The instructions are not that helpful.

Haven’t had a chance to use it, yet. Will follow the instructional Disc when ready to learn
