Works as advertised for the most part but the massager isn’t as robust as I would like but it is definitely a compact unit and really shines on long road trips and flights. Although it is on the smaller side compared to other neck/shoulder heating pads/massagers, it is more specialized for the neck. If you’re looking for a 2-in-1 device for the neck AND shoulder, I recommend looking at some of the bigger surface area options.

The Sharper Image massaging neck wrap I guess, is a good concept but it needs work. This device wraps around your neck and it stays put via velcro. It has a vibrating motor and heating elements inside. The material used is soft, I will say it is microfiber or similar. You can choose from 3 different massaging speeds and 3 heating settings. There are two buttons on the device one will turn on the vibration and the other the heating. There is a long USB-A cable that will protrude from one of the flaps that can be connected to the USB socket or the included power brick. After using it for a few days I honestly did not feel any difference when it comes to comfort. I am a side sleeper and I often do get some neck discomfort from time to time. The vibration can be felt and is calming but at the lowest setting. At higher speed the noise from the motor becomes annoying and that’s because it is on your neck close to your ears. Something else I found annoying were the labels fixed on the flaps that go around your neck. Those labels are too big and stiff and they rub against your skin making it very uncomfortable. The work around was to fold the labels and put it behind the one that is made of fabric. Also the flaps could be kind of wide for someone with a small neck making it difficult to put your chin at a relaxed position. There were times that I had to loosen up a bit so I could look down while sitting on the bed. If not you will have to keep your head in a straight position. The heating felt really good, especially in a cold environment. It is also very hot at the highest setting, hot enough to make you sweat. A nice feature that was added was the vitality to turn itself off after 15 minutes. Overall is a good concept but this one needs more work. Maybe one in the future could be wireless instead. I can see myself using it more after post workout wrapping it around bigger muscles instead. In the box you get the neck wrap, extension flap, USB power brick and manual.

This item is totally different from what is pictured when purchased. I wasn’t happy at all.

I picked up the Calming Heat - Massaging Neck Wrap to provide some relief from neck pain. The good is the unit can be plugged into a USB and has the power block to plug it directly into an outlet. The heat is adequate with three levels of heat, and the wrap has Velcro to keep it together when using it. The not so good is the massaging doesn’t really massage, it kind of buzzes at three different levels and the sound can be annoying so I just used it as a neck heating pad. Another slight issue was the material. One side is fleas, and the other side is nylon material, unfortunately the nylon side is what goes against your neck not the fleas side. I would recommend this as a good neck heating pad.

I've been struggling with persistent neck nerve pain for quite some time, and this Calming Heat Massaging Neck Wrap has been a lifesaver. The combination of soothing heat and relaxing vibrations provides immediate relief, easing the tension and discomfort. The weighted clay bead filling adds an extra dimension of comfort, providing gentle pressure to the neck muscles. This targeted relief helps to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. I particularly appreciate the ease of use. Simply wrap it around your neck, adjust the heat and vibration settings to your preference, and let it work its magic. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day or for soothing a sudden flare-up of pain. If you're looking for a reliable and effective solution for neck pain, I highly recommend this neck wrap. It's a small investment for significant relief.

Messages was easy to use. It provided the heat needed to relax my muscles. It’s very comfortable and easy to take from one place to another.it was quick to change to control buttons without any problems, even with long manicured nails. My uncle has decided to purchase this neck massager for himself.

I could tell from the pictures that this heating pad was not for a big area and probably wouldn’t get all that hot after using so many heating oads you just kinda know but i thought it woikd be good for travel. Just got it today and almost immediately i was disappointed because the the heat was so so minimal at first literally almost just put it back in the bix and returned but i decided to put it on and see what happened. I was pleasantly surprised at hiw warm it actually got. Don’t expect miracles becase you’ll be extremely disappointed but for minor stiffness and aches and pains (of the neck) it’ll do especially for traveling as long as you have a vehicle you can plug it in to. Vibration feature to has always been a strange thing for me it might feel ok on my neck but it makes me dizzy seems to be a me problem so no fault of the device.

Would like to have as just neck heat pad but no way to do that. Always has to have one of the vibration modes on, would like vibration with out heat but that not option either

Bought this for my wife and after I opened it up I just didn't like what it looked like. Not giving up, I set it up for my wife and boy was I wrong. It might not look so great but it really works, she loved it the first try. The massager works great and the heat was a little to hot over the 45 minutes of use, so we need to get the right setting for her, but it really worked on her neck and that's all that matters. I'm glad that I found it on Best Buy!!!!

The massager is quite noisy and ineffective. The heat feels good though.

I like this neck massager because it works in the car. For someone who drives a lot it helps with neck tension that driving can cause. I wish that the heat and massage covered more length of the “scarf”. I also feel it is a little pricey for what you get. Overall it’s still a good option!

Does not massage. Vibrates and heats only. I would not recommend it.

I wasn't sure if this would work. I have neck issues and have used lots of heat wraps that last a few hours and then you throw then away. This works. Between the heat and message it is a great reusable relief for my neck and shoulders.

I wasn’t sure if I would even like this product but I was recently in a car accident and this has been a life saver for all the pain I got in my shoulder and neck area. The heating starts out low but after a while it does heat up and feels wonderful

I bought it 10 months ago and it works great. Now the heating part is good, but the vibrating part is broken. This product has no warranty, so it cannot be returned or repaired.
