Camco - Eaz-Lift TR3 400Lb Weight Distribution Hitch Kit with Sway Control, 48903 - Black

The Camco Eaz-Lift TR3 Weight Distribution Hitch Kit is engineered to deliver a safer, smoother, and more consistent towing experience for RVs, travel trailers, and toy haulers. Its best-in-class weight distribution design keeps your trailer level and balanced, helping maintain steady control on highways, curves, and uneven terrain. The Eaz-Lift TR3 is built to handle heavy loads with confidence, supporting a 600-pound maximum tongue weight and a 6,000-pound GTWR. The included 2-5/16-inch hitch ball is pre-installed and rated for up to 15,000 pounds, ensuring a secure and reliable connection from the start. At the core of the TR3 system is Camco’s patented Consistent Sway Control technology, delivering constant sway resistance through a clamp-adjusted design. This system allows the sway control feature to be turned off when reversing or when navigating icy, wet, or tight conditions. Once the trailer moves beyond 5 degrees, the sway control automatically re-engages, maintaining steady handling without manual resets. Unlike traditional chain-style setups, the TR3 uses a quiet, no-noise mechanism that avoids the clunking, creaking, and metal-on-metal wear common in older designs. For added versatility, the TR3 includes straight, roll-tapered forged spring bars that fit both top-mount and bottom-mount coupler-style trailers. The adjustable 5-inch hookup brackets offer expanded placement options to work around propane tanks, battery boxes, or other frame-mounted obstacles. Precision reamed bearings support smooth hitch ball rotation, enabling the hitch and trailer to move together fluidly, while brake pads and a secure clamping system help maintain consistent sway control throughout your tow.Capable, quiet, and designed for quick setup, the Camco Eaz-Lift TR3 is ideal for trailers carrying UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, and shifting cargo loads, making it a dependable choice for anyone who wants stability, durability, and a smooth towing experience on every trip.
