I'm using the toner "easy replenish" option for my new Canon ImageClass printer. Love the printer, but I'm not impressed by the easy replenish system OR the cost of the replacement cartridges. I've received 2 (very expensive) toner cartridges from Best Buy. However, I received 2 additional messages that my replacement order wasn't able to be filled. It would have been nice to have been contacted when the printer cartridge was back in stock, which it was within a matter of days. Instead I ordered from Amazon, which meant I didn't receive the discount promised by subscribing to the easy replenish program. I guess I should be happy, though. The price on Amazon was substantially less expensive.
