There isn't much to say about a toner cartridge. It prints. In black. If you have the relevant printer, you need it. There is a provision for returning it. Usual story. I appreciate being able to get it from Best Buy: Their price for this item is good, and they ship it promptly and in good packaging.

My new ImageClass printer told me the starter black cartridge was running low, and 118 was the one it recommends. Based on past experience, I prefer vendor cartridges -- cost more, but fewer problems. After searching online for the best price, I ordered this through BestBuy (on sale) with "pick up at store", and the process was easy. I installed the cartridge last week and it works flawlessly, as you would expect. Overall a good experience.

Easy to install and the toner lasts longer than I thought it would.

Good laser ink cartridge and the number of pages that should print per cartridge appears to accurate. Quality is great and easy to install.

I am a Canon printer fan and their toner cartridges have always served me well. Lasts a long time and never has printing problems.

Replacement toner works perfectly. Don't risk the livelihood of your $500 printer to so no named refurb garbage!

With this toner, I print almost an entire year. Your mileage will vary based on usage, but I am impressed. I love OEM, but I wish the price was a little cheaper (hence the 4 stars).

Like many printer manufacturers, Canon seems to make their money off printer cartridges. Best Buy offers deals, at times, that beat other retailers (such as Staples, Office Depot, and at times, even Amazon). I purchased these branded cartridges because I have had problems using off-brand cartridges. These work okay, but rarely meet the copy/print yield estimates. I am choosing to "recommend" these cartridges for Canon laser printers, because I don't see a viable alternative.

We have always used the OEM toner for our company printer and it has worked well for the entire 5 years we have had this printer.

Toner cartridge exchange was simple.. No problems or issues. Be sure to recycle used cartridge.
