1 star. Canon product is great. Best Buy in store stocking poor. Last few times I had to buy this 2 black and 1 color combo box. So my color cartridges go first leaving me with extra black ones. They never have single color 211xl in store forcing me to buy this combo box @$ 57.99 rather than a single color.

Don't really need the photo paper that comes with the package. It's always a waste. And the only reason I've had to buy this was because the store has been out of the black cartridges the last two times I've been there. Not happy.

I purchased a double pack ink cartridges for my cannon printer. After buying my product came home to install in printer . I was very suprised to see that my coloured ink was half gone. I called the store immediately, lady did not give me good customer service, I was told to bring back ink and they would decide what to do. After hearing that I never returned. I felt as though they were not all all concened with my issues, even though they created the problem in the first place.

I must have ordered the wrong combo, does not fit my printer.

was given open box missing color cartridge. had only black was told I would get a credit for missing product the order was this was 62.00 and they would only give 25.00 back which I have not seen on my bill yet!

I always buy these same cartridges for my printer. Normally, no problem, but this time, it's almost like the ink is almost out. It's printing very light, and almost can't see the printing. I should have returned it, but I honestly haven't had time!

Product is terrible, does not last prob set that way so we keep buying money stealing product , there no reason for this product to cost as it does...!!!!!

It was the wrong product. It was too confusing on the site. I thought it went with the phot printer I order. It was not even close to the correct item.

Ink runs out after only a few prints. Repeated problem with each purchase.

This ink is nothing special and it is over priced.
