Defective product

The product was defective which is not the fault of Best buy. I install these same cartridges about once a month for the last 3 years and know how to install. When I removed the orange cap portion to install, the magenta ink literally poured out of the cartridge onto my hands, printer and printer. I then cautiously removed the orange cap from the blue cartridge and ink started to run out as well. I returned to Best buy and they were great about it. Will keep purchasing products from Best buy because of their great customer service and variety of products.

Sales person at Best Buy wrong

I could not find the cartridges I needed for my printer that I bought from Best Buy one year ago so I asked the sales man. After looking up some information he told me these were the ones. I asked him why my printer #did not appear on the box. He said it was because the printer was upgraded since last year. Being stupid I trusted he knew what I needed. one month later when I went to change the ink I learned they were not the right ones. Very disappointed as it cost me $100 for the two boxes. Waste of money. Ended up ordering them on line somewhere else.

Canon printer cartridges way too expensive!

Way too expensive cartridges. I’m going to get an Epson Eco-tank printer that, over the life of the printer, is much cheaper than my current (and last ever) Canon printer.

Bought this new ink brought it home and it is mostly dried up. Printer worked fine until replaced this ink. Best buy won't take it back without receipt. Just breakdown and but a new printer for the couple dollars more.

These ink cartridges go quick

These cartridges are somewhat hard to find, and if you need every color, seems you have to buy two or three separate boxes. Not exactly happy with this Canon ink cartridge situation.

Black runs out too soon
