Great Ink. easy to install and images look awesome. Just wish it didn’t go so fast! And it’s gotten pretty pricey.

I think most of us agree that ink from the manufacturer is expensive, especially in relation to the price of the printers they are made for and more so in comparison to the generics found online. The reason I continue to purchase genuine ink is because i've always had perfect prints with no problems. I've tried various generics on other printers and have saved money and had periods of decent printing particularly with text but I have encountered problems a number of times including leaks and poor quality. I'm not a high volume user but have never had an issue with genuine ink and in the end I chose quality. BestBuy has the best price on this set but I took one star off because the set doesn't come with 'gray' that is also needed for this printer requiring an additional purchase. The larger black cartridge PGBK which is also needed for my Canon MG7720 must also be purchased separately or in an SE edition pack for $22.00 more. I think all cartridges should be offered together so the user doesn't have to hunt for the other cartridges as in my case where gray wasn't available in store at the time of purchase. Either way the quality is perfect as usual and hopefully manufacturers will realize how much business they are losing by pricing their products so far above what could be found elsewhere and bring them down a little more so as not to make price the ultimate deciding factor for most people.

We have had this printer for about a year now. It has worked well for us. We previously had HP printers. The salesman recommended this Canon for us. It works well. The cartridges are easy to install. It makes a very nice print. I would recommend this printer and cartridges.

The ink works fine, easy to install cartridges, just keep in mind - this set by itself is not enough to print regular B&W pages, you have to add PGI cartridge as well, if it's running low.

It is great to be able to buy a value pack of ink and more cost effective thank buying each separately. Its easy ti install and lasts quite a long time before running out.

Ink lasts for a while but black always runs out faster than the others. But great value for the pack!

I really like that my printer uses separate ink cartridges for the various colors so I only need change one at a time. Canon inks are pricey tho - my printer needs frequent changes. I've found that I can print well after the printer 'ink out' indicator light comes on however. I simply hit 'ok' when the indicator lite comes on; the light goes out & I continue to print until the print starts to look weird...

Tried to save by purchasing off brand inks on Amazon. Never know what you'll get until you see the printed product. It's a pity to work so hard on a photo just to end up with a photo that looks as if it's been in the garage all summer. Canon never fails. With a good paper, a Canon Mg7720, and Canon ink, all is well. Better than the Epson inks on my Workforce that when you run out of 1 ink tank, no more printing.

These cartridges are simple to use and install. It is really an automated system once you install the cartridges. It is much better to use these than the all-in-one cartridges. When one color runs out I replace the one color so there is no waste and no wasted ink. Only gripe is that they are small and never last as long as I would like esp with high res images

Best Buy is one of the best places to buy Canon ink. The value pack is the way to go. Easy to install. I knocked off 1 star because you can not see how low the level is. My previous Canon ink cartridge had a clear side so you can actually see how much ink was left. This was does not. You have to rely on what the printer tells you.

Canon ink cartridge was worth the slightly higher price because the quality of the ink in comparison to generic or store brand inks. Cannon inks due not gum up my printer the way generics that I have used in the past have. It is also second to none in the quality of prints it produces. I will never use inferior ink again just to save a couple of bucks.

Its ink. It works. My problem is getting my hands on it. Very hard to find in stock. The individual tanks are even harder to find. But on the up side I don't use my printer that often but often enough that I need one.

The ink is good but would like to see a package that contains all the ink colors in the Cannon printer.

I have a Canon 5720 printer and I need a refill about once a year. The color in good. I found that there is quite a bit of ink left after the printer indicates that the ink cartridge is empty. So don't be fooled and keep printing until the color begins to fade.
