Easy to install and works well. Has been running smoothly and print is crisp-clear. The Printer is setup as a wired (CAT5e) network printer and the whole family has access to it.

This was purchased for office use. It makes a terrible noise if you try to print multiple pages at once. it malfunctions often and gives errors that aren't really errors. Do not recommend this product!

I had difficulty setting it up to the point that I needed the Geek Squad to come to help. Even though I purchased the 4 year warranty that service was $99 which I felt unfair. While the gentleman was very nice it took him over 30 minutes as he was not familiar eith this brand of printer. Since then it we works great
