Product isn’t the problem. Best Buy’s delivery process is the problem. Might be okay but I ordered this two months ago and just received it today. Hoping it’s not dried out.

I think the cartridges I ordered were defective. The ink seemed dried up in the brand new carriage. After shaking it alot it only printed about 15 pages.

It was a terrible buy. I printed out my income taxes and now it says it’s out of ink and needs a new one. Only lasted about a month.

I get so tired of buying new cartridges all the time. My printer is newer but I am almost ready to toss it due to hugh cost of consumables
