The product is great, but it literally took months for me to get my account straightened out. Countless phone calls to no avail. Your phone/online system is at the very bottom of consumer service.

The ink replenishment system isn't working very well at all. We have run out of ink before the shipment arrives. On one occasion, we received a message that the warehouse was out of stock and we should visit our local Best Buy store. Unfortunately for us, they were out of it too. But their warehouse had some in stock so they placed the order. It arrived a few days later - no 10% discount - and we were unable to print for days while waiting for the one cartridge to arrive. Best Buy MUST order the replacement cartridge sooner so we don't run out!!!

I've only printed 12 pages (without much wording and no graphics) and it used 30% of the new XL size. We loved our old canon printer as the ink seemed to last forever. Dislike the new one that uses 5 inks (2 different blacks and 3 colors) even though we only print in black. So much for the environment.

Great ink. I just with it would last longer (ie contain more ink).

Not sure if it's my printer using a lot of ink or these ink cartridges just don't come with that much ink but it doesn't seem to last very long. I don't use it for anything except just home use. I don't print much but it seems like I have to replace these cartridges quite often. Very expensive for the little amount of output

On the one hand, it is the brand associated with my printer. On the other hand, it is expensive for what you get.

Their willingness to help was great, but their selection of products left much to be desired. Ink cartridges are always overpriced for what they are.

Very costly 2 cartridges wiuld buy another cannon printer. Awkward to replace, drys us quickly. Printer inks are robbing you.

XL doesn't last very long and is not far off from what the standard ink that comes with the printer prints.

This is the #2 black cartridge for the Canon printer I bought, for sure a downside of the printer needing two black cartridges.

Ink is ink and I think the cost was alittle high for what it is
