Had tried several dash cams, love that you can removed this one very easy and install on another vehicle as it doesn’t have one of those 3M tape mounts. The videos are super sharp and the motion sensor is awesome to record at night any movements around your vehicle

The car and driver dash cam is an inexpensive camera to use for everyday driving. Great picture and once you have the button positions memorized it is easy to use. Good product for the money so far.

The quality of the camera is great and it is able to capture the entire front of the car 180 degrees, the G sensor is on point, it detects if the car is hit and starts recording and locks the recording meaning it won’t erase and you’ll be able to view the recording.. A huge con is the battery never seems to be charged? It has to be connected to power the whole time you drive or it dies and powers off, another con is the date and time has to be programmed every single day and I’ve had this device for a good 5 months... as far as the installation it was so easy! Just read your manual or else it won’t make sense and you wouldn’t know how to operate the device.. I haven’t seen the night vision in action so I’m not too sure how that is.. it states it has lane departure? But I’ve never seen it in action, I really don’t think it works? Because my car has lane departure, not a bad driver but it has alerted me a couple times and the device didn’t For $100 maybe it’s worth it but $180 is too pricey for the “features” it so call has.. overall I’d rather get a cheaper device, it’s not worth it... I would’ve returned it but too late and it does what it’s supposed to anyway

This is a nice dash cam, but since I have Subaru Forester I had to order a rear view mirror mount since nothing can be suctioned to the dash or windshield. Installation went very smoothly at Best Buy. Camera is good and will accept up a 128 gb SD card. The negatives: Red light around camera is annoying and makes it obvious. Supposedly it is to prevent theft but I think it invites it. Pricey considering other dash cams, however I got this one because I had a credit at Best Buy that covered much of the cost and it took a big SD card. I also like the larger screen.

Camera has very nice picture but the red LED ring light in front just draws attention to the camera. You can turn it off but you have to turn it off every time you turn on the camera. The battery also does not hold a charge even after plugged in over night. For what it cost there has to be something better out there.

Quality video. Sturdy well made camera. Adjusting settings is a bit awkward due to the buttons on the bottom being small. Operator manual is out of date. Found this out after trying to make the initial set up when I called customer service. The red light around the camera lens is annoying.

This dashcam works pretty well. The video quality is nice, but when I tired to watch some of the videos I didn't hear sound despite having the mic on. Sometimes, randomly it'll stop recording for what I assume is processing some video but it's VERY dumb to randomly stop filming on a dashcam. The controls are seriously lacking and you have to figure out how to go through the menu with just 3 buttons, and the manual is incorrect and unclear about how to toggle features.

This camera is very impressive. The clarity is awesome day or night. It has very clear 1080p in all weather conditions. I did all the wiring myself. It's that simple. I do like the record feature when the car is parked but you only see what is in front if the car gets hit in a parking lot. It comes with a 8 gig memory card but I installed a 64 gig card. I turned off the lane departure feature and the close proximity feature. I already have these on my car.

Got this as a gift for someone for christmas. It was just what they needed. Takes very crisp videos and was easy to set up.

The instruction booklet is printed so small that I can hardly read it. Camera is supposed to come on automaticaly, but only does it about 80% of the time... expensive for what you get and complicated. I still cannot figure out how to play it back or why I needed a big SD card when it only records 3 minutes. I was hoping I could record my road trip, but can't figure out how. Instructions suck...you need a magnify glass to even read them. Guess they saved 50 cents on paper that way. The lane changing alert beeps all the time, even if you don't change lanes. Had to turn this feature off...

I like that it's portable, has a very nice screen, 1080p and it's easy to use.

I’ve had many dash cameras over the years and this one is by far one of the best I’ve had. The night vision is so clear, that it looks better in the camera then with your own eyes. Yes seriously. I’m planning on buying 2 more for my other vehicles. Great great quality and amazing item. Even has line departure and crash warning

This is one Camera which is well worth the price, as it has a super wide angle view with a three-inch Screen, and the HD Color and night vision is fabulous. This Camera will except a 128 Gb. Micro SD Card which is fantastic for all your recordings. I am very happy with this Dash Cam and installation was super easy.

Would recommen it to friend s.lots of good videos. Good size screen

Out of the box, the camera was very easy to install. Plenty of power cord to route so that it was not hanging down. Crystal clear picture especially at night. The wide angle provides plenty of front coverage and on both sides to catch all the action.

This camera is one of the easier ones I have used. You do need to look at the instructions on set-up. but easy to follow. Good Video on the screen. have not plugged the chip into my computer yet though.

It does the job well. It starts recording as soon as you start the engine, It takes a good picture. It is a little tricky getting it mounted on the rearview mirror...not bad, but not easy always to get the bolt tight. Good for the price.

The price was right. The lane keep and accident avoidance feature are the best feature on the camera although the manual is not great in explaining and setting the said features.

I like the screen size and that you can see that it's recording... supposedly! However, today we witnessed an accident and clicked the button to save the video! When we got home we put the SD card into our computer and found nothing but a bunch of videos that we hadn't chosen to save from November 2018! It seems as though once the card was full, it simply stopped saving video! So, make sure you check your settings or this thing is worthless! Also, it needs a longer record option like 10 minutes per loop instead of 3 but obviously that wouldn't have mattered in our situation anyway!

I had replaced my thinkware F50 for this and so far so good. I haven’t really had it for that long to really give it 5 stars but again so far so good. I don’t really care so much for the LCD screen for any dash cam for that matter. The suction cup is cool because you can remove it and use it to any car unlike the F50 I had which left a little sticky mess on my windshield when I tried taking it off.
