Somewhat disappointed in this product. Not a touchscreen and screen is very small. I cannot even make out the warning messages because the lettering is too small. . It takes about 5 steps to get WiFi connected to phone to use APP. The specs stated that there is built-in GPS which is inaccurate. I was misinformed that this camera could be viewed remotely, in which I don’t see the point in having a “Parking mode” if there is no remote access connectivity/no notification to phone?? I still haven’t figured out how to get the parking mode to work. Also, the specs stated that the camera can turn 360 degree, which is also inaccurate. Camera is fixed. I spent hours researching and comparing dash cams and knew exactly what I wanted/needed. I feel as if I received a different camera than what I actually read about. The instructions are very vague. I was hoping that the Best Buy Auto Techs who installed the dash cam could at least set up for me but $150 later I got no help. Very disappointed.
