Chi flat irons are my favorite. They are easy to use and the quality is amazing. I have been a fan of the Chi flat iron for years now. I have repurchased this flat iron 3 times. Each Chi flat iron last about 4 years which i think is very reasonable for it's price.

Heats up fast. Like the adjustable temperature settings. Doesn't pull hair when flat ironing. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't have an automatic shut off!!

I love the chi hair straightener. It smooths my hair so much better than my previous straightener and heats up very quickly.

This hair iron is absolutely amazing! I have tried revlon, Remington and several other brands and none come close to the results I get from this Chi. It heats up within a minute and cools down within five. It also leaves your hair smooth, silky, and frizz free every time! Also, my hair is at the length that it reaches my belly button and it does not take me longer than 15 minutes to do my hair because it heats up great and really does straighten. Also, my hair lasts for days after having done it without having to touch it up. I'd recommend this to anyone that irons their hair

It had been a long time since I had the need to buy a flat iron. I shopped around for a while until I finally went with this one. I actually went into the store which was what solidified my decision to purchase this flat iron. I'm not much of an online shopper but in this case it really helped me. Great quality and gave me the results I was looking for. I have very wavy and thick hair and it left my hair straight quickly. Also love that it shuts off on its on if i forget to shut it off.

I really like that the plates can move a bit and that they are a golden color. The difference between this ceramic flat iron and my $20 metal plate flat iron is incredible. I have frizzy wavy hair. This flat iron leaves my hair shiny and almost silky. I do pass it over my hair at least twice before its really straight. I follow the temperature recommendation for my hair type that is on a small slip that comes in the packaging. This brings a little mat that you can rest the flat iron on, and store it in.

I have currently started straightening my hair as it as gotten longer. I love this straightener because it heats up very quickly and it also has a temperature control. It glides through my hair easily and keeps it looking shiny. I now have two CHI Air hair straighteners and love them both. I keep one at home, and one for travel.

This flat iron has worked very well for me. I love how fast it heats up. No more than 30 seconds and your ready to go. I like this flat iron very much. So Far So good.

This is great straightener! I have thick wavy hair and when I use this product my hair looks like I just got it done at the salon. I definitely recommend it.

This is the 2nd CHI I've had the 1st one was bought at a hair salon so it was the professional kind. I can tell the difference between the 2, this one isn't as good. Before this iron I used a Croc and it was the best flat iron I've ever owned until I dropped it one too many times and one of the plates broke. A new one is $150 but I had $55 in best buy rewards and a coupon so I got this for $27 so yes it was worth that price but not worth $100. I have very curly hair so I need a great flat iron.

She burned hers out on a trip so we needed to get a new one. This one is the best Chi she's had yet!

I bought this CHI for my mom because she loved mine. She uses this everyday and it does an excellent job of straightening her hair.

This is the second CHI iron I've owned. The first one lasted me 5 years, it still works great, but I just wanted a new one.
