They didn't have a ceiling TV mount in stock. This was on their computer in-store. It said it included the pipe and top mount, but when I opened it, it DID NOT include these. The instructions shipped with the item confirmed this, so I returned it. Customer service was GREAT! Returned no problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

They didn't have a ceiling TV mount in stock. This was on their computer in-store. It said it included the pipe and top mount, but when I opened it, it DID NOT include these. The instructions shipped with the item confirmed this, so I returned it. Customer service was GREAT! Returned no problem.
