This roller is a great size to really target those upset muscles on your back. Quality is outstandingn to say the least, and I bought again from this company a week later.

Definitely better than your typical back rollers because they target areas in my back that ate had to work with unless through massage.

Sturdy but far too aggressive for me. I like the larger Chirps for more relaxing muscle relief.

I think a 5 inch size would be better for me, and I'd like it a little squashier. It does make some difference on my back, tho. Delivery was just as fast as promised.
