10 total Gigabit Ethernet ports: 8 x 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 copper downlinks plus 2 x 100/1000BASE-X SFP fiber uplink slots. Delivers line-rate forwarding for all ports and all packet sizes with 8K unicast MAC address table, 256 VLANs, 128 STP instances, and 8 QoS queues. Supports jumbo frames up to 8,996 bytes and EtherChannel link aggregation (LACP/PAgP) for added bandwidth and redundancy.
Ships with a perpetual Network Essentials license running Cisco IOS XE — featuring secure boot, image signing, and Cisco Trust Anchor module. Supports CIP EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, IEEE 1588v2 PTP precision timing, REP and PROFINET MRP redundant ring protocols, and inter-VLAN and static Layer 3 routing.
