I purchased this after seeing some beauty gurus use it online. It was pretty cool except for the one I saw online had a double twist button. Once you do the first twisting of each strands you have to physically rotate the device to twist the two strands together. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the device

I was not happy at all with this product compared to its predecessor. Original model you can twist strands separately but you can reverse it and twist the strands together. This one you have to physically turn it to twist the strands together.

My daughters really enjoy doing their hair and this product is a great way. It is easier to have someone else help but can be done by without help.
