I’m really pleased with this rollator/transport chair combo. It feels sturdy, smooth, and comfortable to use, and the pneumatic tires make a noticeable difference on uneven surfaces. The seat and backrest are supportive, and the overall build quality feels solid. A couple of small things to note: the storage bag hangers are built into the frame, so it can’t be easily moved or repositioned, which limits how you can use it. Also, even with the adjustable handled, the actual seat height (especially in transport mode) may feel a bit high for shorter users. The brakes are better than I expected, and the handles can be adjusted to fit most users. It's still pretty new, but currently it is easier to close into folded position than it is to open it, it takes a little effort to push the seat down, but not much. I expect that will likely loosen over time. Overall, it’s a well‑designed, reliable mobility aid with great versatility — just keep the bag placement and height range in mind.
