Crash Bandicoot 4 is on my mind! He is so reminiscent of Rayman 2 and Conker's Bad Fur Day! The awesome work by Activision and Toys for Bob on this Title is overwhelmingly amazing! The stages are so unique, with Yoshi sentiments of World-rifts! While finishing 5 or so play portals, and a boss fight, Crash & Coco get to rift to a new Planet; until they save existence by closing 'Time rifts!' This video game is 100% a must buy! The player can choose to play the entire video game as Crash Bandicoot, or Coco the Bandicoot! A few other characters such as Tawnya, Dingo, and a 'bad guy' are some extra characters the player gets to play as! The overall 'open-world' look of Crash Bandicoot 4 It's about Time keeps the player moving forward, backward, and side-to-side; in several x-y-z directions during game play (not just left or right!) -Switch

This was a much needed sequel to Crash Bandicoot as well as competition for the platformer genre. Game is ruthlessly hard despite what the age rating may lead one to believe but equally as fun to play.

Incredible comeback for the Crash series! This game hits all the right marks of the Crash games and even does some better. The new-look may not be for everyone but it looks great in HD and runs super well. Don't pass up on this game if you like platformers at all! Also its pretty tough in some levels but not so much that you can't get through them.

Crash 4 is great, with inventive new gameplay and gorgeous graphics, but still as challenging as ever. Love the fact that they modernized Crash by giving it a checkpoint system so you can retry sections over and over again without running out of lives and having to start the level over from the beginning. This ability can be toggled off if you want to go old school, back to the way previous Crash games worked with a set number of lives. But you do get a gem if you can finish a level without dying more than 3 times and luckily dying in a bonus level does not affect the death count. I like this new checkpoint system so much I wish they could go back and add it to the N. Sane trilogy. It should be noted that Crash 4 runs at an unlocked frame-rate, which translates to anywhere from 30-60fps on the base PlayStation 4 (mostly closer to 30 and it does suffer from some judder) and a much more consistent 60fps on the PlayStation 4 Pro, which I am playing it on, and the smoother and faster frame-rate of the Pro really helps with a game like this that is all about split-second timing. So if you've enjoyed all the previous Crash games, you'll definitely love Crash 4!

Another great Crash game that picks up right where the last one left off, the game feels just like the original ones but with a new gameplay mode that makes the game a little bit easier and more fun, overall it's a great game with that same nostalgic old school feel that all the Crash games have.

Lots of fun and definitely a return to some classic Crash gameplay. The new mask abilities make for some really fun puzzle platforming. The flashback tapes are great and remind me of the Cortex/Brio bonus levels from the original. Only thing I didn’t like about the game was crazy box placements if you’re going for 100%. They aren’t hard to get but just hard to find, which turns the game into this slow scavenger hunt of slowly scanning every part of the level. Still lots of platforming fun tho.

And not the early 2000s PS2 Crash, the original Naughty Dog Crash games. This is a great return to form, and presents an excellent challenge.

As someone who's been a fan since the PS1 days, I've been looking forward to this game since it was announced. After playing for some time now, I can say that it's lived up to all of my expectations and then some! They do a great job of staying true to the originals while adding new elements to make it feel fresh. It's also challenging in a good way! They ramp up the difficulty as the game progresses to keep you on your toes. Would strongly recommend to anyone who's a fan of the series.

As a fun of the originals, they really juiced this one up. Its complex with a bunch of new challenges and tools. This game isn't short either. I was only 5% complete after 1hr 49 minutes of game play. There is a lot to enjoy and look forward to. I love how it has me in the zone to play and drives you to really focus! The graphics are amazing with so much color and detail in everything. The loading times are good, I was worried that would take too long, but just endless fun. Highly recommended!
