They sent me a used printer.... It didnt come with anything other than the printer. (Not even a power cord). I shipped it back, and waited an entire month for them to ship me a new one. The customer service doesnt reply to you for atleast 2 days. By the time i actually got the new printer to test out, I was past the time I could return it if it was crap. Long story short, the printer works well. Save yourself time and buy a Bambu...

Coming from a CR10-S, I never really felt like I printed. I got two rare strikes by being able to get this printer and a Bamboo P1S-AMS, for around 1k. This works, BUT and this is the big one is I do tinker with this printer a bit. Little issues that I dont get with the P1S. Yet the build plate makes this attractive, while in reality, it works, lol. Yet issues with feeding tube location. The lock for the filament and how it cleans the tip are the only real common annoyances. I do find the print quality is about the same, depending on the printed file mostly.

Been printing a couple years now. And have had very few issues with this printer. Mine came with everything. Setup was a breeze, printing has been issue free. I would recomemd this printer to anyone.

this sucks it did not even come and when I got it, there is no screen and no nozzle
