very easy to use, but any receipe i tried only reached soft serve stage,, very soft serve

Doesn't work very well. Ice cream is more like a milkshake

It is a pretty little ice cream machine. it has a small capacity but does make a nice ice cream or sorbet. Would be nice if it had a cooling mechanism built in but that would raise the price drastically.
