Make sure you understand the times it says it can power all your devices that you typically use. For my iPhone and laptop it lasted about a half hour, when buying it I saw 6 hours and didn’t see the little wrong that states itll last that long when connected to a router/modem and that’s it. I was going to use it as an extra power source for a enclosed area on the back porch but now it’s just a glorified, way overpriced surge protector.

I like it in the beginning, because of the battery is good when the lights are gone, and you have extra power to at least turn off your device, but start making a noise once in a while, like a beep.

I'm not satisfied with cyberpower anymore. They seem to stop working soon. I have found that APC works much better, APC cost more but worth it!

I thought this UPS was great at first. It seemed to do what it was supposed to do. I have two of them to help manage the brownouts that we get. However, recently, one of them failed miserably. The power went out and it kicked in for a while. I turned off my connected equipment with no problem. I turned off the beeping alarm and thought that was that. The power came back on and all seemed well. However, one night the battery suported side just went out, everything thing plugged into that side was off. I reset it to turn it on, but wondered why it was off. The power had not gone out! Then it happened again for no reason. Then, we had a brownout, lasted less than 5 seconds. Thing started beeping and everything connected to battery side lost power again. Now the battery side doesn't work unless the unit is plugged in, so I no longer have a UPS. It's been less than two years with this thing. I'm very disappointed and will be looking for a different longer lasting brand.

It sounds like the internal battery may be failing, though the units do have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers the internal battery as well. Not sure why I actually bought this instead of just simple surge protector. It can power few things for few minutes after you lose power. When using too much power it squeels with high pitch alarm even when plugged into wall. I really find it to be a dumb purchase.

Surprisingly difficult to use. It only seems to work when you plug it in, if you don’t plug it in then it just beeps constantly. I’m sure it’s a user error, but why should it be this difficult to use? I returned it

Do not get this for a gaming pc. The wattage is too low to run something so powerful. Go ahead and spend more money on something that will last.
