The game has been in production for 8 years, in my opinion i feel like they focused 95% of this time creating the perfect story with perfect characters but only 5% on making sure the game actually runs, this game became in my opinion the best campaign in a game ever created(it used to be the last of us for me) even though it's not as heartbreaking and emotional as tlof, the story is just near perfection with amazing characters, emotional moments, and an amazing ginormous world with side quests that feel like main missions, one time I mixed the missions and I spend over 4 hours doing side quests and I didn't even notice because of how good written they were,

I had originally bought this to run on an XBox One X and needless to say it was a mess. Performance was hit and miss and the game was filled with bugs. Since then the game has been patched a few times and it runs better for sure. Many of the bugs have also been fixed, but its still far from perfect. I have recently got a Series X and I'm waiting for an official update to hit for it. While it does run better then on the XBox One X, I would like to experience the game the best I possibly can. Also if you only own a regular XBox One and not an X, I would be pretty cautious buying as it runs pretty bad off the base hardware.

The game is good, but, there are so many bugs in the game that it ruins everything besides the action.

Really disappointing game. The bugs and glitches are really distracting, and the game world is so much less than what I was expecting. I hope with continued support, they'll eventually get this game to a better state, but as it is, I stopped playing after only a few hours. I haven't even seen the title screen and I'm already hopping out to different games. Just an overall bummer. If you haven't purchased this yet, just continue to hold off until there's confirmation of a better game build.

I have played this on my series X and my One S and although I have played it on my series X the most this game is supper buggy all through out. This game leaves a ton of stuff to be desired. I honestly am not to impressed but hey it’s cool that Keanu reeves is in the game, other than that, on a more serious note wait for it to go on sale if you have the chance. This game was extremely over hyped, like really really bad.

Story is good bugs definitely bring the game down. Can’t wait till it’s fixed

Bought this for my daughter to play on base Xbox One and that was a big mistake. The gameplay was unplayable as it was a graphical mess and the framerate was that of a video playing at one-third speed. The framerate was acceptable on my Xbox Series X but there were still graphical glitches. I have heard there have been some updates since day one but I can't recommend purchasing until the after the promised update coming in January 2021 has been verified to fix these issues.

Bought this, but it was unplayable, even on my series X. Spent alot of time on one mission, then got to the end and a glitch in the game made it unpassable. Turned off the game, got a refund and called it a day. I do realize they've been constantly updating it. But they've also been putting out patches to fix patches. I was really looking forward to this game and do plan to one day buy it again and go back to it, but not until it's fully fixed. Such a shame.

Game is a glitch catastrophe and it looks horrible on my Xbox One X running 4K on a Sony A8G Oled. Regretting not waiting to see reviews before purchasing. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that once Xbox Series X is more widely available (after all the scalpers can no longer keep up buying all the stock) you get the next gen version included with this purchase. I’m not playing this broken game until I upgrade my console.

was really dissapointed to find out that CDPR didn't give a care about the consoles and decided to release this game in a broken state. Hopefully this review looks stupid 9-12 months from now when the game is fixed on all platforms...

Buggy. Feels incomplete. Busy watching cut scenes than playing. Doesn’t live up to the 8-year hype.

Buy when its fix fun but super buggy. Make sure you don't buy if you don't have next gen console

Bought it for an older XBOX one expecting a lot. Turned out to not play good and graphics are terrible. Will need a Series X to enjoy it.

Broken game at launch even on the series X. Gave me so bad of an experience I haven’t touched it since I started playing.

Under delivered with expectations, but has made big promises. Will wait to see how they unfold.
