I love how it turns into laptop and also into a tablet. I like how it's fast and reliable and ultra thin and lightweight.

Great laptop that I can travel with. It works really well and the battery life is excellent. I love my new 2-in-1 laptop.

It's light, very easy to manage and you can connect it to your TV so the screen shows on there.

This product has all the bells and whistles. However, it is quite technical. Therefore, it's not easy for a non-tech, older person. So beware, any tech assistance option is highly suggested.

Third Computer I bought at Best buy within the last three months and they have all been defective. (HP Envy, Lenovo Yoga, and now this Dell) I plan to make a formal complaint with the company with the lack of quality and solution at my local Best Buy in Brick Township, New Jersey. I spent so much time and money trying to have a working computer and Geek Squad has been absolutely useless. Computer always has an error when I open it up and I have to do a "recovery upon using it.

I do like my new lap top. It is light, small, and touch screen. These are features I look for. The issue for me being retired is I do not require a lot of high tech programs or desire to purchase Microsoft Office. I have a free office program I downloaded that I’ve used for years with great satisfaction. Now that Office word in on my computer, each time I create a new document in my free office program, it transfers it to Microsoft Office format. I am unable to make changes or modify it in any way. Secondly, the store sent me home with the new computer and no assistance to set-up. Yes for a lot of stuff it is efficient and intuitive. However, for a few issues like transferring photos and music, I had to call Geek Squad for assistance. It’s just time consuming and at times can be annoying.

This laptop has everything I was looking for in a PC Laptop - touch screen, tablet mode, good amount of RAM and storage, Windows 10, and more. The one thing that could be better is the fingerprint login - it just doesn’t work - maybe Dell will roll out a software update that will fix this problem. For now I just use the PIN number login. All in all, I really like this machine!!

I bought it in an open box. It was fine, it just had a little bump near the keyboard, but fine. It's fast, it has good storage, I like its touch screen and its light weight. DELL at a good price open box.

I've had this computer for a little over a month and so far I love it. It is light and very portable, and so far has had good battery life. I can work for several hours without needing a charge. The touch screen is very responsive. A few minor drawbacks that I have noticed - 1. The backlighting on the screen is light/white and the keys are light in color as well, so sometimes hard to see the backlighting unless the room is very dark. 2. The pointer/mouse has disappeared a few times while I was using the computer and I was only able to get it to reappear by putting the computer in tablet mode and then back to laptop mode. 3. The fingerprint sensor is hit or miss. It often doesn't recognize my print and I have to use my pin to sign in instead. Aside from these three issues, I have been very pleased overall with this computer.

I've had this about 6 weeks now. Wanted a smaller laptop than I had with better speed than my old one. This one is just the right size and does everything I want it to do. I like the touch screen and all around I'm happy with it.

Got this laptop for my stepdaughter for school. She has been very pleased with its size, weight, feel, and performance. She is doing virtual school, so a reliable and powerful laptop is a necessity. This one fits the bill.

Not good for gaming, but it’s definetly good for coding/office work

Let me say, this computer seems great. I had previously purchased a chrome book and LOVED it, but within a couple weeks the charger wouldn't work. So I exchanged it and got this, it wasn't my first pick but because of so much being sold out I figured let's try it. Its not as seamless as setting up a chrome book, but its performance is good. We purchased this as a homeschooling option when we need one for the 2020/2021 school year so kids could have access to more devices then their school issued ones. Those never seem to be dependable. So far our toddler has used ABC mouse in the tablet format and loved it, its light and compact. The normal price of over $800 I probably would have ordered something and waited, but they had a promo and student deal so we got $200 off the sticker price. Overall worth trying if your able to get a deal or need a primary smaller computer.

I've been using this laptop for school and work for around 4-6 hours a day for the last few weeks. Absolutely love it. Has everything I need for an amazing price and excellent speed.

I have had the laptop for about a month now and using it mainly for schoolwork. The laptop is very light weight, the internet speed is very fast, the colors are very bright, it fit s anywhere how small it is really. The keyboard is easy to press on, so as the touch screen. it being 2 n 1 it is very flexible. I say that charging only takes about an hour or two the most, I usually charge the laptop as I am working. I haven't really tried each and every feature. This is a great buy

I bought this few months back and I've mixed feelings about it. It's a great laptop overall don't get me wrong but there are few things i think they can improve. 1) Trackpad - the Trackpad is kind of annoying, mainly because it's pretty small and hard to click and unsatisfying. I've used MacBook's Trackpads and I absolutely love them. This is no where near MacBook's Trackpad. 2) speakers aren't that loud. It sounds pretty good don't get my wrong but the laptop can't get loud enough. 3) battery doesn't last long enough. If I'm doing normal browsing and little bit of streaming, I can't expect it to run on battery power more than 4 hrs max. Even though we're in 2021 it doesn't use a type C charger. It charges at normal slow speed. Otherwise, i do like this laptop. It feels pretty sturdy and great built quality. The keyboard is pretty good and so is the screen. The laptop looks really premium and beautiful. Performance wise I've no complaints at all, it's pretty fast and does good RAM management. Touchscreen is pretty good. Hinges are strong enough.
