I would probably never buy this for myself, but for the kids it's amazing and the memory that comes standard is pretty incredible too. Not a ton of bloatware and great benefits.

I love my Dell desktop computer! It has touch screen which is really convenient for blowing up the content, scrolling, etc Dell is a very good product I also have contracted with Geek squad amd have for several years. I always buy my computers from Bestbuy. They have good deals they stand behind their products!

I was looking for a all-in-one with a fairly large monitor for a decent price and after about a month I decided on this Dell which happened to also be on sale. I wasn't looking forward to a windows10 PC but I had some coursework that was not compatible with my Macbook. I bought it home, plugged it in and allowed it to update (as Windows does) as we went about our business for the evening. By the time I was ready to interact, all went great. I have no qualms about it, it's a good machine, works as well as you can expect a Dell running Windows10 to work. I love that it takes up a lot less space than a normal desktop and it's a great size for my small writing desk. This being my first ever Dell, I don't think (At this point) I would choose differently if I had to do it over again.

Best purchase I could have ever made! Doesn't take up a lot of space, fast speed, and affordable price!

I love the simplicity and performance of this PC. Any problem that I have had since my purchase has been with Windows !0 crashes. Not the Dell.

I haven’t had this computer a whole week. I don’t like this computer at all. People complain about windows 10 but they don’t tell you why. First things first, I have an HP printer that works wonderfully and hasn’t had a glitch since I’ve had it. It printed effortlessly for my previous PC and I still use it to print from my iPad and iPhone. Now with this new PC there’s all kinds of problems. “Driver not found” Windows 10 is obnoxious. It’s just everything everywhere. It’s hard to navigate. I ended up looking for every program in the program search bar because it’s completely disorganized. 6g ram... I had one single window open with streaming video and it’s still buffering. Chrome has crashed already. It’s ugly, just a big black plasticy piece of computer. All in one helps the aesthetic some but it’s not cute. I was not loving this computer but the printer thing sent me over the edge. I want this thing out of my house. I’m betting they charge a “restocking fee”

Hi Bree,
We're sorry that your new Dell computer is not working the way you hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways for your computer to run faster:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
