This Dell computer is very nice. We haven’t had it long but so far it’s performance is great and we have no complaints. We love the compact size and overall appearance, the amount of memory and the programs that came with it.

I needed a computer with very high processing capability for an SDR (software defined radio) application. It involves processing wide bandwidths of digitized radio signals from an antenna. This computer did what I needed! And the price was quite affordable. For what I needed, this was the best value.

Dell has always been dependable and this is no exception. I didn't need a huge powerhouse for gaming, big spreadsheets, or multi-tasking. I bought it for my wife who mainly does Internet and MS Office. The i5 is plenty fast for those needs and the 1T drive is ideal for her hundreds of pictures.

I like the computer very much. It is responsive. It works. It has not presented any problems.  The setup is very easy and straight forward. This is a good little box and super quiet! It's more than adequate for all my daily works.

this is was a last minute purchase for my sister in law who needed computer for her work from home job. It is fast and very light weight computer.

This computer is super fast. 12 GB of ram. Pages load as soon as you click on them. If you have decent Wi-Fi or a fast connection as well.

Upgraded from an eight year old (!!!) Dell Inspiron and the difference is more than expected from a speed POV. It's a great product so far and I'm very happy I got it!

Good Service before the sale. Arrived on time; easy pickup. Easier then I thought to get it up and running and to transfer data from old computer. Anyone worried about giving up there old version of Windows will see a lot of similarities and most new things are either intuitive or about the same as what you are used to .

This is a good quality computer, capable of doing the normal day-to-day functions I need for my small business and personal accounting. No frills. Just the basics.

I had a little bit older version of this tower and it was the absolute best. I replaced it with this one and have had a few problems with it. But overall it’s a good computer.

It’s great, thought Dell wasn’t a great product as I was growing up. Wasn’t a big fan of it but now it’s a really good product.....

I returned this item. Did not boot up. Really a shame, Dell has always been a solid performer and this looked like an exceptional buy. Arrived couple weeks after being ordered, powered up but would never boot up. Dell assisted in trying to do a Restore/Reset to Factory specs, did not work. Return to Best Buy was easy, in and out in 2 mins, did not have any other items in stock or on back order to replace. Inventory depleted. Will not affect my future purchases of Dell or Best Buy products
