Little workhorse system that is compact and runs all the programs that I need it to. I replaced my older Dell Opti that I could no longer update so looking to get some years usage out of it. Buyer beware it is not compatible with Windows 11 so there is that point one may want to consider. Loads and lunches well and I have a few start up apps like MS Teams which is a mem hog.

We realized there is no HDMI per so we had to buy an adapter to connect it to our monitor. Other than that, it's working great as expected so far!

Works fine. I am not a gamer, i use this for a mix of home and work from home needs. Quick to setup and starts quickly.

Fast and powerful desktop. This is a great bang for your buck for everyday home use. Very affordable and worth it!

Lots of Memory. Lost 5 stars because WiFi is NOT included. I had to buy a remote WiFi Adapter to use with it to send things to the Printer.

not as fast with a core 7 as it should be. case had loose screws, some of the outlets not lined up. was one day past the return window (very short) so I'm stuck with it. spend the money and buy the new one.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRE-OWNED electronics. This thing made so much noise. But Best Buy customer service was wonderful in helping me return the computer!

Excellent computer, setup was easy. Everything performs as stated

(1) No WIFI . So, I had to purchase USB wireless adapter to connect to internet .No HDMI ports (has DisplayPort instead) I could not connect with the Dell monitor that I had purchased with it at the same time until I purchases DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. The monitor was provided with HDMI cable. Although the monitor was a separate item it was in the same order. These are probably features for business-class model computers. If you are purchasing for personal use you should note these points. (2) The Joy Systems Keyboard does not type some letters. I have confirmed that this is not a software issue but rather a mechanical defect in the keyboard. Completely useless.

Good value. Item arrived in good condition, well packaged and clean. Item specs were as advertised. I would definitely buy again.

Attempting to setup: Neither of the HDMIs work (can't plug in) nor the VGA for the monitor working. Very shoddy "refurbishing", and I needed it to be working TODAY!!

Not bad for a good speed/performance, great amount of storage with an affordable price! I think most people are just not knowledgeable between the price ranges of AVERAGE, MODERATE & PERFORMANCE LVL of desktops and laptops. If you have tight budget, then go for this, for me, you can categorize optiflex desktops in the middle of moderate and performance lvl. Cos its upgradable anyways!!! If you're not satisfy with the processor, the ram and storage, or you want to add SSD… you can buy another one and just stick them in! Just FYI that, this doesn't have HDMI ports and WIFI. You will need to connect thru Ethernet LAN. PLUS, its advisable to PLUG THIS ONLY TO PC-MONITORS. DO NOT PLUG IT TO ANY LCD or LED TV's. It will totally messed up the color management and display resolutions. Monitors is highly recommended! Overall... it runs smooth and fast! I installed games and video editing softwares. Thanks to Dell! And Thanks to Best Buy! I received it right after the following day that I purchased it and they shipped it. AWESOME.

Powered on and used for 2hrs and the unit shut off with no signal and didnt power back up

The CPU was great. The keyboard was flimsy and part of the corner by the connector was broken. I have others, so no big deal. The unit was exactly what I was looking for.

Fast, small CPU, great that ports are in front, lots of HD space. We needed an upgrade and this fit the bill.

I just bought it and it works. My kids love it's speed.
