Bought as refurbished and worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then mouse started to wander when not being used and would freeze. Bought the Geek Squad warranty so took it in for repair. Not able to be repaired so we got our money back for it and will look for something else.

From beginning to end everything went smoothly. Ease of ordering to being kept informed of delivery. I would recommend this product. I will purchase my next tower from Best Buy also.

I purchased this laptop about a year ago; however, i rarely used it. Now when I go to use it, i discovered that the battery does not hold a charge and now the monitor went out. So disappointed that they could sell this laptop again!

I grabbed this for a Non Profit business who needed a change from an older Win 7 desktop. Its going to be quite a big change but one I think they will enjoy. Its pretty fast and was so easy to set up. I will say this, it is not a lightweight. @amyvansolutions

Not sure if it is Dell, Best Buy or Joy Systems but nothing like buying something like this, liking the functionality and getting productive then within 10 months of purchase it dies and No One can provide support.

Very Nice! I received this laptop in perfect condition. JoySystems did the refurbishment and it is absolutely perfect. It started right up. It updated in no time. It was very clean and I was impressed with it. I got a great deal.

This is a great machine, but is limited to Windows 10 Pro because of the microchip.

Very heavy, Battery life is almost non-existent. Ugly

I purchased this laptop as a home laptop for practicing my coding and data science skills. It is as good, if not better, than my work machine. Thoroughly impressed with the quality and price!
