I needed an update in processor speed and memory and this device fit the bill at an affordable pricepoint. Setup was quick and easy and I have had no issues with performance.

It was an okay purchase well I had just a couple of issues with it such as when I am starting the laptop the screen will flicker for a while until it boots up and also the cursor was unresponsive but that only occurred once.

I received this machine in excellent cosmatic and working condition uptill now. Thanks seller, appreciate you.

Less than a year after purchase this computer locked up while it frequently tried to auto upgrade to Windows 11 while saying the computer was incompatible for the upgrade. Also, I didn't realize it was a 2016 model computer when I purchased it as a refurbished model in 2023; I must have missed the fine print but I doubt it. Now I am having an OSI done via Geek Squad to "start over". Battery life degraded within 9 months.

I received it quickly. It was wrapped very securely and was easy to set up.

So far so good ..........,.............. ..........

Used this laptop twice when I first bought it. Went to start it up recently, and it's dead. Would never buy refurbished again.
