The item arrived on time. Outside cardboard packaging was torn but foam inserts protected the computer. It started up and connected to the internet with no problems. I am still setting up and configuring but everything is working normally.

We bought this cpu assuming its a good product. We purchased 2 of this to use for office, but then the other one is not working at all, tried to call their 800 number it always tell you caller number 2. I emailed them they seems to reply and hopefully waiting for replacement. I Will change this review once the replacement is working well. Lesson learn just buy a new one, save your self from headache and trouble.

I've owned this PC for just nearly a month. Seemed fine straight out of the box, but when I connected everything the first thing I noticed that the light for the power button didn't work. I thought it was no big deal. A few times the display didn't connect but a restart fixed that quickly, no big deal. Everything was working okay until today. I've been using this for school and some light video gaming for 27 days and all of a sudden the audio output isn't working at all. Won't connect to speakers or monitor or earbuds. Decide to restart it to see if that fixes it, so I restart and when it comes back on the display is totally messed up. Wrong ratio, the display is orange, it's all pixelated as if it's displaying 480p instead of the 1080p that it was previous (and currently was on in the settings). So I disable the display driver and that "fixes" it. Still no audio, now with no display driver. I messed around with different HDMI cables and tried finagling the HDMI adapter I have to use and it still is having problems. Taking it in tomorrow, disappointing refurbish. If yours has issues straight out the box, return it instead of waiting for it more issues to surface. Should've known it wasn't a good fixer upper.

It's fast, it's quiet, and it has enough memory to handle exactly what I need (photography and archiving). Came in excellent shape with no more set-up than simply plugging it in. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to upgrade their home system.

The hard disk crashed on our family computer And I needed something fairly quickly and didn’t want to spend a fortune. I’m very happy with my purchase. Ordered online and was able to get contactless pickup in front of the store. The computer is exactly what I needed. Easy to set up and runs well.

Perfect PC for my needs. Came well packaged and set up with simple. I do not care for the mouse nor the keyboard, however, and will give them away. Before buying this computer, I had two different tech friends look at the specs and both agreed it was a great computer for the price. I know nothing about specs, so I had to trust them both.

Excellent speed in booting up, no lag with multiple windows and programs running. Pair it with a 5TB external drive and you are all set at a price that is well worth it. No sense in not taking advantage of refurbished unit likely used very little in a commercial environment.

Very fast and powerful. My first SSD drive computer and I have to say...its impressive. Its a very economical system and does everything I need as a small business computer. I am using it with Photoshop Elements 202 and Adobe Acrobat DC, dual monitors with several windows open at at time, still very fast.

Nice box, small form factor. I like the SS hard drive very quiet. One of the USB ports on the front does not work, but there are lots of them, so it's not a big deal.

My old PC finally croaked so I got this one. I was able to transfer the dual head PCI display card into it. I don't need to game but for me It's smokin' fast w/16gb RAM and an SSD drive. The keyboard is a little cheap but the old one still works great. Other than that zero complaints. Highly recommend, feels like brand new.

Just installed these, and they seem to be working well. Will have to see how well they hold up in a few years, but price was very good.

I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished tower, but this one is everything I was hoping it would be. Quick install and fast! No need to spend big $ for a product that is like new.

Less then 2 months in and the power supply quit working. Will not turn on. Had my "tech guy" look at it and he confirmed the problem was the power supply. Also, did not read the description well enough and it is not WiFi capable either. My mistake there but the power problem was Best Buy's mistake in my opinion.
