Great form factor! I know the XPS can be hit or miss with quality control, but the one I purchased is perfect. Doesn't get too hot like other laptops this size. There is a newer model out now (9310) but the speed on this model is perfect for my needs. Very happy with it! Cool color too!

Battery life is bad due to 4k screen. Good processing power and nice screen other wise. Very nicely built and beautiful Frost white color. Good option of your a windows user.

Although I have just purchased this laptop & used it for only 3 days; I'm already in love with it. This is a nicely sized laptop. It has a nice weight to it, but not heavy. So far, it runs smooth and works well. I'm unable to provide more details bcuz I still need time to test it out. But, I'll update my review again once I get a chance to test out this fabulous, fast speed baby!

Love Love Love this dell laptop. I got the XPS 13 8 years ago and have been getting them ever since. This year new intel is super fast and has great graphics. I love being able to use the fingerprint sensor to log in. I love the fact that this is not a cheap plastic.

I love the touchpad, the beautiful display. XPS13 UDH seems like a beautiful machine... Too bad the screen on mine started pixelating one hour after I first turned the laptop on. Also, I experienced system restarts, over and over, maybe triggered by configuration steps I made. The Dell XPS 13 UDH+ that I received was defective. I will replace it with another brand...

I loved this computer except I am an old man and could see the keys at all The artic white will kill old people like me buy hey. Its a young persons world. Young people should have no trouble with this fast sleek computer

Had some issues with orders. Ordered it, turned it on and the hard drive discs were bad. We had also ordered the office suite. Took the computer back and returned. They also refunded the office suite. Reorder was easy. Got the new computer but have not received an email for the office package. We will be going back to the store for the 3rd time.

This laptop is so slick. Love the processor power and graphics. Geek Squad was quick to move the files from my 2006 Dell Studio laptop running Win 7.
